BEIA Approved Professional Conference Organiser
Business Events Industry Aotearoa Approved Professional Conference Organiser (BEIA Approved PCOs) are qualified to handle the most complicated of domestic and international conferences. There are less than 20 companies in New Zealand with this accrediation.
The criteria requirements are rigorous and demanding and designed so that only those who meet the criteria can attain the right to call themselves BEIA Approved PCOs. The BEIA criteria is inspected and tested, to ensure that the PCO's work and systems are of a high standard. Not only are BEIA Approved PCOs required to meet the strict criteria, they are bound by a Code of Ethics, Rules and Responsibilities as determined by BEIA. All BEIA Approved PCOs must also have a proof of compliance in tax reporting, secure financial systems, health and safety and carry Public Liability Insurance.

Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA)
Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA), previously named Conventions & Incentives New Zealand (CINZ) is the official name for the New Zealand conference industry.
BEIA will takes a lead role to increase New Zealand business events activity from international and domestic sources, for the benefit of its membership, principal stakeholders and the New Zealand economy.
BEIA also act in an advocacy role for the New Zealand business events and incentive industry sectors and provide opportunities for professional development, accreditation and education for those engaged in the sector.

The PCO Association Accreditation is a set of standards established by and for the PCO Association and its members. It provides clients and industry with an assurance that the Event Manager and or Event Management Business they are dealing with is committed to the highest quality event management business practices, consistency and reliability in the delivery of services, professional standards and dedication to continuous improvement.
