If you already have your conference organised, but need help with the registration process; we can take care of that for you. We manage all aspects of the process: from the initial set-up, collection of data (such as contact details, social functions, concurrent sessions, dietary requirements), processing of registration forms, handling payments through a secure online payment gateway, ensuring that all delegates are sent confirmation of their registration, to post-conference reporting.
When it comes to the conference pack, we will arrange for name badges and lanyards to be designed, printed and collated alphabetically. If you need us on the day, we can be there to welcome your delegates and distribute conference packs.
